23. Bas de Vroome
Bas de Vroome is one of the best-known organists of the Netherlands and has been the chief organist of the Oude and Nieuwe Kerk (Old and New Church) for over thirty years, responsible for playing the four beautiful historic organs. In 2002 and 2004 de Vroome played in the Nieuwe Kerk during the burials of His Royal Highness Prince Claus, Queen Juliana and Prince Bernhard. In 2004 he played in the Oude Kerk during the marriage of Prince Priso and Princess Mabel.
